Product returns and warranty

If the product you have chosen does not suit you, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Return the product in its original packaging and at your own shipping costs. The product you wish to return must be undamaged and without signs of use.

Please send any information regarding your complaint to info@bock.si. Please describe the problem and attach a photo to support your description. We will reply as soon as possible and provide you with all necessary support in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
