The high-quality blade is made of martensitic stainless steel DIN 1.4116 with a hardness of 55HRc and is mounted in a wooden handle. The handle is fully ergonomically designed to make the knife very comfortable to handle. Thanks to the precision machining, the handle fits perfectly with the blade, so there is no room for dirt and pathogens.The blade is equipped with finger protection during cutting.
